What the €22.99 AI allowance covers in a normal month
- 150 lesson plans — roughly five to six teaching hours a week, fully prepared with objectives, tasks, homework and carry-over.
- 60 slide decks — up to twelve premium, subject-aware slides each, ready to present in the live room.
- 120 scanned pages — book pages, vocabulary lists and curriculum plans read by OCR and turned into decks, topics and roadmaps.
- 100 learn sheets and exercise sets — plus 300 live hints and gradings during sessions.
- Interface translation is free — every phrase is translated once and cached, so switching language does not eat into the allowance.
- Above that, write to us. Heavy users are welcome — we simply agree a larger allowance, or you switch to the €9.99 plan with your own key and pay provider cost directly.
What is always included
- The automation engine — reminders, no-show follow-ups, homework nudges and recaps run without you opening the app.
- Subject-aware material — languages, mathematics, natural sciences and social/economic sciences are handled with their own task types.
- EduBridge — your students get their own portal with study plan, worksheets, vocabulary and homework.

How much does Autopilot Lessons cost?
Two monthly plans, no lock-in. Bring Your Own AI costs €9.99 per month: you get the full platform and connect your own AI account (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or OpenRouter), paying that provider directly. All Inclusive costs €22.99 per month and includes a monthly AI allowance on our account, so there is nothing to set up.
What is included in the €22.99 AI allowance?
A fair-use allowance of roughly 800 AI actions per month: about 150 lesson plans, 60 slide decks, 120 scanned book or vocabulary pages, 100 learn sheets and exercise sets, and 300 live hints or gradings. Interface translation is cached and does not count. If you regularly need more, contact us and we agree a larger allowance or you switch to your own AI key.
Which plan is cheaper in practice?
For heavy AI use your own key is usually cheaper, because you pay provider cost with no markup. For predictable billing and zero setup, All Inclusive is the simpler choice: one invoice, no API keys, no provider top-ups.
Are the automations part of every plan?
Yes. Lesson reminders, homework nudges, parent recaps, WhatsApp delivery, study-plan adjustments and the EduBridge student portal are part of both plans, not paid add-ons.
Do I pay per student?
No. You pay for the plan, not for each student record, so growing your roster does not change your invoice mid-month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Both plans are monthly and can be cancelled for the following period. You can export your student data before leaving.
