AutopilotLessons

Tutoring software

Tutoring software that does the admin for you

Autopilot Lessons is tutoring software for private tutors and small tutoring businesses. It prepares the lesson, sets and chases homework, keeps parents informed, and tracks what each student is actually struggling with — so the only thing left for you is teaching.

One system instead of six tools

Most tutors run on a calendar, a spreadsheet, a messaging app, a folder of PDFs and an invoice template. Every handover between those tools is unpaid work. Autopilot Lessons replaces the stack with one record per student that everything else hangs off.

  • Students and subjects — multiple subjects per student, with the topics and sub-topics they are weak in kept on the record.
  • Lesson prep — scan a book page or pick a topic and get a lesson plan, worksheets and drills built for that student's level.
  • Homework — assign, track completion, and see what came back wrong.
  • Parent updates — automatic recaps after each lesson by email or WhatsApp, in your tone, on your schedule.
  • Billing — lessons taught roll straight into what is owed.

Eighteen automations, already wired

The automations are the product. Lesson reminders, no-show follow-ups, homework nudges, weekly parent recaps, vocabulary review scheduling and study-plan adjustments all run on their own. Each one has its own timing, tone and channel, so you can switch off parent updates, move the WhatsApp reminder window, or rewrite a template without touching the rest.

Material that fits the student, not the average

Autopilot Lessons generates interactive learn sheets — explain, memorise and quiz modes — plus vocabulary drills on a spaced-repetition schedule and exercises graded to the student's current level. You can bulk-import a vocabulary list, upload your own solutions, or scan the pages of the coursebook the school actually uses.

Students get their own portal

Every student you invite gets access to EduBridge, where their study plan, worksheets, vocabulary and homework live. What they do there flows back into your view of their progress, so the next lesson starts from evidence rather than memory.

Frequently asked questions

What is tutoring software?

Tutoring software is the system a tutor or tutoring business runs their operation on: student records, scheduling, lesson material, homework, parent communication and invoicing. Autopilot Lessons covers all of those in one place and automates the repetitive parts.

Is Autopilot Lessons suitable for a single tutor?

Yes. It was built for independent tutors first. There is no setup project: connect your calendar, add your students and subjects, and the built-in automations run from the first lesson.

Which subjects does it support?

Languages (Latin, Ancient Greek, German, English, French, Spanish, Italian), mathematics, the natural sciences, and social and economic sciences. Material generation is subject-aware, so a maths drill and a vocabulary drill are shaped differently.

Where is student data stored?

In the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and visible only to the tutor who owns the record and the student it belongs to. WhatsApp and SMS delivery runs through Twilio under EU standard contractual clauses.

How much does it cost?

Plans are monthly with no lock-in across Pro, Studio and Enterprise. The product is in closed beta — registering your interest gets you 10% off your first month.
